How We Use Your Information: Your information is used solely to deliver your photographs, communicate about your order, and provide customer support. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

Photography and Image Use: Unless you have submitted a written opt-out request prior to your session, 7 Mile Photography LLC reserves the right to use select images for portfolio display, social media, and marketing materials. Images used publicly will not include personally identifying information.

Data Security: Your gallery is password-protected. We take reasonable precautions to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted online.

Gallery Retention: Client galleries are hosted for the period specified in your service agreement. After that period, galleries may be removed without further notice. You are responsible for downloading and storing your images.
